Macy's Philadelphia 13th and Market

Visual Direction and Rehab of the Dicken's Village Venue.

I was honored by being hired as visual director for the Christmas display, Dicken's Village. A Philadelphia tradition. The
Venue was moved from the Old Strawbridge's Building at 8th and Market to the John Wanamaker building at 13th and
Market, now Macy's. Completed was the rehabilitation of the "book". The book was re upholstered and then hand
lettered. Also some faux brick work was accomplished along with hand scrolled wood letters for the entrance of each
stage of the story. I also handled all the floral decoration including the grand hallway with custom framing. I would like to
thank all the guys from Spring Garden Construction for their support and hard work.
